NOTICE OF MEETING
The Nebraska Business Enterprise (NBE) Program’s Blind Licensee Committee’s meeting originally scheduled for Friday, August 25th, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. has been rescheduled to Friday, September 29th, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act amendment LB 83, approved by Governor Pete Ricketts on April 21, 2021, providing the allowance of public bodies to meet by virtual conferencing, the meeting will be conducted by Zoom Video Communications.
Should any member of the public or media desire to join the call, please email the NBE Program at ncbvi.nbe@nebraska.gov or call the Nebraska Commission for The Blind & Visually Impaired at (402)-471-2891 or 877-809-2419 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to request instructions on how to join the meeting and to receive an agenda.
Due to shortness of the notice, in order to receive the instructions and agenda in a timely manner, an email address is preferred, but every effort will be made to provide the materials via U.S. Postal Service.
